To get started as a new patient and in order to gain access to appointment scheduling and forms, please click on the ‘New Patient Intake’ button located at the top of the page.

Once you’ve completed the New Patient Intake form, you can log into the Patient Portal above to fill out additional forms or schedule appointments. Please note that processing your intake may take up to 24 hours.

What age of patients do you see at Coastal Aesthetics and Wellness?

We provide care for patients aged 11 and up. We focus on meeting the healthcare needs of adolescents, adults, and seniors with a comprehensive approach. For Medical Aesthetics, Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss and IV Vitamin Therapy patient must be at least 18 years old.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Absolutely! As long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance, we can accommodate your request without any cancellation fee.

What is the policy for cancelling appointments?

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of $50 may apply. We understand unforeseen circumstances, so let’s work together to find the best solution.

How will I be billed for medical services?

Billing is handled conveniently through our online patient portal, where you can securely store your credit card or checking account information for easy payments. Alternatively, you can pay by cash in person at the time of your appointment. We offer flexible options to ensure a smooth and secure payment process that works for you.

With our user-friendly online platform, you have convenient access to an appointment scheduling feature as well as a health records section, both of which can be easily managed by you or our staff.
